Well I'm a great believer in what you put out there you get back. I love learning and I love travelling because both expand my perspective. Behavioral patterns fascinate me - both mine and those of others. I am a great believer in the collective unconscious. If I do it to you, I do it to me.

I'm amused by the way in which we continue as societies to restrict ourselves with rules and regulations. I find it interesting that we are all trained to look outside of ourselves for the answer when we have the map all along. Amazing how we're trained to conform - as if we're asked at birth "which box do you want to get in?"

The answer is in alignment. Alignment with our own passion, our own desires, each of our unique selves. I look for friends who are honest and push me to be the best I can be. A certificate doesn't mean you've had the experience. Getting your hands dirty can be so much more fun!

There is energy all around, it is constant. We align with different vibrations as we change and grow. The key is finding pleasure in the now and beauty in normality.

I love working with others to facilitate changes in behavior  I adore seeing the look on faces as we work to break down age-old barriers and find a simple way forward.

And last but not least - I believe that nothing happens if you sit and wait. The successful person is prepared for the next opportunity.
